So there's this restaurant on Yorkville avenue in Yorkville that blasts trance and prog into the streets (on it's patio). Every time I pass by a great new CD or DJ set is being played. Does anyone know this place? I keep forgetting to look at the name...I'm guessing maybe the place ahs some Russian owners or something cause I always see lots of Russian people there.

How do you distinguish Russian people from Latvian people?
