I just hope that I'm able to find some happy medium for the next few years - I'm definitely not opposed to technology, I just need to find my way with it, which seems to be taking a while.

If M-Audio can get their TORQ control systems bugs worked out I'm very heavily considering using that + Ableton loops/effects, but again, this is all brand new to me and I'm not sure if that's even a reasonable pursuit.

I envy guys like Blake, Seneca, Clovis, Bobby etc. who've got a pretty solid handle on Ableton...

I thought it was great. I was right in front of the booth the whole night. That breakdown where he jammed on the keyboard was absolutely sick. I wish that would in my eyes remix would be released. Does anyone have a complete tracklisting for the whole night?

Just want to clarify this statement of mine - something that (unfortunately) is not always obvious to some (slimy) people:

It doesn't matter how you make the music, as long as you are not blatantly ripping someone else off and/or ACTUALLY USING their original music in a production of yours and calling it your own. If you do need to sample, give credit where credit is due. Common courtesy. And also a legality. Just a couple of exceptions to that generalization. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they say we'd be able to download the set? Could someone shed some light on this for me?

I checked it out.. no sets to download that I can see. I see songs, but no full sets. let us know if you find anything. there are tracklistings, but not for last night's show (yet)..
