What a shocker, a forum member sees people "hating" on a producer apparently for producing something other than a style he's known for.
Listen. We don't "jump on the hate wagon" if a producer does something different. I still give kudos to Armin for breaking away from the traditional Trance he's been churning out. I always want to hear something different from a producer, style-wise. And, I think that 90% of the forum will agree with me.
However, there is a difference between succeeding in producing a different style and failing at a different style. In my opinion, and the opinions of others, Armin failed. That is why we've stated our opinions as such.
We respect artists for trying new things, but we're not going to outright praise them if it's crap. |

I was expecting some producer to jump on this thread and defend Armin. I don't know where 8 wonders came up with the assumption that we're all jumping the wagon. You read a bunch of posts with similar responses because it's a track and that's excatly why mikey mike called you a dick head. Your post was just plain stupid. |

Hahaha I remember that King of My Castle tune very well. It was ALL OVER the place back then, probabaly one of the reasons why I remember it. Dope tune, it owns. His remix isn't too bad either. I still heart the orig.
