Some of you know, some of you don't, I'll fill you in on the story and I promise to make it short, I need some moral advice 'cause I'm loosing my ing nerves.
2 to 3 months ago I brought back my CDJ1000MKII over to the dj shop where I got it from, they said it was gonna be about a month to month and a half, it's been over 2 ing months and I'm gettin aggrevated.:whip:
Their excuse is that this is the busy season for Pioneer when it comes to repairs and that they're waiting for a part.
Is it me or is it THEIR ING RESPONSIBILITY to sit on Pioneers ass and get me my ing deck back??? :whip: :whip: :whip: Give me one reason not to raise a living ing hell tomorrow. |

Are you paying for repairs or are they covering it?
If they cover it...suck it up. If you are...raise hell. |

I know how to bitch when it comes to like this, I learned that in America, sometimes the only way to get what you want is to simply put ing SNAP. |

This is why I detest working in retail. You try to do your job, something is out of your hands and people blow up at you.
They're more than likely being honest, because it'd be bad business to do otherwise. If you have the option, tell them that you'd like your CDJ back and you'll be taking your business elsewhere (if, of course, there are other shops nearby). If they do fix it, then pay the shipping instead of being a bitch about it. |

| Yeah, but the manager of repairs over at the shop said he would call me every tuesday and thursday to follow up with me and let me know the status of the repair, and unless I call them I don't hear nothin'. :whip: |

| you raise a stink and they'll see to it that you don't get your CDJ back for another couple of months. :gsmile: |

maybe you should try to contact pioneer themselves and ask them to swap it out instead of going through the retail store.
you can also contact pioneer and ask them about backordered parts, I did so for my father's sony hdtv which was under warranty and went about a month before the repair dude returned. i called sony and asked them if a part like that is indeed backordered and why would it take so long for them to repair the tv. needless to say i got a quicker reponse from sony than i did with the repair company, and the repair company came the following week with the part that supposedly said was backordered =) |

The thing that aggrevates me the most is their unreliability, the dude said he would call me 2 days out of the week and let me know the status, YET, unless I call them I don't hear . I feel like going in there and wooping some ing ass tonight. |

That's true but from another point of view.. I can name shops who don't give a about customer services. I can name shops (in France )where I brought back items which stayed there for up to ONE GODDAMN YEAR, until I got nuts and threatened to sue their asses. Then they replace it.
Examples I have :
Sony Walkman (brand new): 1 year, never worked
Sony VCR : 8 months, they destroyed it, actually lost bits and pieces, sued the shop, got my money back and a new VCR
Playstation 2 (brand new) : 6 months, never worked properly
Toshiba cinema projector : 5 months, finally repaired.
some hifi, never worked, money back, 6 months
And so-ing-on. Now I don't discuss anymore. I payed for it. My item for which I gave money, or their asses on court.
Raise hell, it's deeply satisfying, especially when it's deserved. |

BULL. If it was true, then they wouldn't be able to produce the brand new ones.
That's a typical excuse I heard every single-mofo-time |
