Definately the twisting hand motion. Unlike the ladies we men like you to change it up.... a lot. Personally i'm a big fan. I love being able to return the pleasure that i'm getting. I find that especially if you care about the other person then each of you intensify as the 69 continues. Gnerally they turn out fairly noisy though so if you have annoying negihbors then its out.
