yea but rob "" is very subjective and opinionated, so that throws your whole argument out the window.
trust me, i have good taste in edm (my new favorite track right now is Spooky "No Return" something Beach remix (forgot the remix name)
but i'm extremely versatile with my taste and i can appreciate the easy listening too.
when i was in middle school, i was a typical angry, confused teenager. i leaned more towards prodigy & enigma, but i loved the rock and rap too and i still do to this day. i love it all. , i'm playing the crap out of Justin Timberlake's new album that i actually bought recently (i never buy CD's these days) every day in my car. Timbaland worked on it with him whom i love. production wise, i'm actually really impressed with hit....bobby was too btw, u should give it a listen;)
i jsut wish some ppl would have an open mind and accept some "" for waht it is...easy listening/ass shakin songs for drunken nights in the club. but to each his own. |

Hey Jamie - I love just as much as anyone. Jayo Felony "Whatcha Gon Do?" was one of my favorite tracks in High School, among tons of other garbage from ghetto ass rap to whiny emo.
And Timberland isn't at all - He's one of the single greatest hip hop producers ever to have graced the face of the planet.
But Britney is a whole other breed - She's a purely manufactured star; And that is what makes her .
Trust me, I probably have a broader taste in music than 90% of my peers (excluding TA as it seems most TA's have pretty diverse musical palettes), but there are some times when I just have to call a spade a spade :p

| This is exactly the wrong thing for Britney to do. I think we would all be happier if she just totally let herself go, turned into the stereotypical fat assed, track pants and tank-top wearing, 360lb, alcoholic, dirty, lump of trailer trash she really is. This would be great especially if she tried to hold on to her fame and insisted on doing guest spots on television or "vegas-style" review shows in small town arenas and gymnasiums all over north america. YEAH, that's what I want.... to laugh heartilly at her failed life. |

Have you ever heard Jan Johnston or Kirsty Hawkshaw out of the studio? The chicks are tone deaf...Britney (however misguided she is) can sing better than 90% of the EDM females.
And while we are at it...Dido who has one of the best voices of today sounds like out of the studio.
You just hate Britney cus it is trendy to hate her...i bet you hate Paris Hilton to.
