I am getting a digital camera and i am not sure which to get as there are so many and i am overall familiar with what to look for but i am still unsure.
i would love to get one with a carl zeiss but that seems to be limited to sony. im not much into sony products as they arent exactly all high quality.
i like canon but they are arent the greatest and as we have heard michelle complain about red light situations.
what are some other brands that i should look at and how do i evaluate how it will perform in a club situation?
one thing is i want a cam i can fit in my pocket. |

Just buy a Canon SD series (take your pick) sd600/700/750 etc.
The new ones with IS are pretty sweet plus they go up to iso800 (which you should never use in the club bc you will get hella noise from the sensor)
I took my camera to nocturnal and I didnt have any problem with red light. I think it's mostly just camera settings.
I wouldnt get all excited about a carl zeiss on a point and shoot. |

1. www.dpreview.com
2. take your pick of the canon SD
3. buy from costco
4. ?????
5. profit!
on a camera that small, lens is least of your worries.
camera with giant metal shell = you win |
