Dj Dan might be a good dj but to be ranked best house Dj is Beyond me
Like I said in my previous post m boycotting this Djmag thing

+1...I love Dan as a DJ and I was devastated to see Aria empty last time. But seriously, has he done more than the people Marcus named? No way. But good for Dan nonetheless! I hope this means next time he comes to Aria the house will be packed like old times. |

Well sets vs sets ive enjoyed more deep dish and sander sets then dj dan sets, but that may be my taste.. but production wise, sander k's this is miami/ibiza alone should put him before dan vs his productions, and deep dish released sacramento/dreams part 1 and 2 and remixes. I don't think a dj should be crowned best house dj because he deserves it bc hes been thru thick an thin/etc.. |

there should be a ranking for prods and one for djs
dj wise... i dont think the list is that bad
if you bring in the prods its a different story
but there are few names that should be there and that are too obvious... that kinda sucks |

| another reason for dj dan being so high could have to do with myspace.He is by far the most annoying dj on there sending a bulletin almost everyday reminding people to vote for him...It was so annoying i deleted him:P |

It's dumb how things like that effect the outcome of the list because the list effects these DJs' lives immensely. I hope people start to realize how irrelevant the list really is, especially with tons of Americans voting the American DJs just because they're American.
Lawrence ahead of Ferry...come on! Even Neo Hacker thought that was ridiculous.
I feel bad being so pessimistic, I really do like DJ Dan's work. A number 5 ranking was just extremely unexpected. |
