all BMI is is weight (kg)/ ((height X height(m))
so theres no special coefficients its just some simple calculation. BMI is used as a constant though to calculate body fat percentages in certain electronic devices. |

lol thats what the liknk in the first post is for.. it gives you everything in feet and lbs and caclulates your bmi
try this
lbs/ (inches squared)
theres your bmi the same number as in metric |

Yup, same!
Body fat is the least of my worries, if anything I just need to tone up my muscles more...but I'm working on that. I actually like my little layer of fat, to me it's feminine. My boyfriend complains when I get too "skinny", and I don't like it either...'cause I lose my shape, and my bum!
Hell, I still fit into jeans I wore when I was 17! Too bad they're ugly now. |
