| OMG I had SUCH an amazing night! I am soooo glad I went out to this. I need some sleep right now, but I will have a full review with pictures as soon as I wake up. |

After spending the beginning section of my night at the guvernment, i came home to find a text message from our very own Nuera saying that they had asked him to close the mainroom after preach.
So I hightailed it down to the docks to see my buddy throw his weight around a little with a proper crowd and soundsystem.
Job very well done Andrew, nice transition from preach's techno to your style with automanual and excellent tracks throughout finishing with one of your own productions.
Congrads buddy, I was happy to be able to be there. |

Asral projection rocked!!! awesome set by these two.
I finally got the chance to hear the legend himself Preach and my god it was hard not dance with those beats:eyespop:
oh and R.I.P Docks soundsystem.:( damn those in Islanders for not letting these guys use their system they way it was suppose to be.:whip: all night I could hear the Limiter kicking in to reduce the levels.It was annoying but cant blame these guys either. |

alrite time for my review....
regarding the automanual part....i was behind preach the whole time...when Andrew came and he opened his cd binder....i reached over the railing and just yelled please play this....little did i know he mixed it with sexy which sounded amazing!!!!
now from the begging....line up wasnt too bad....alot of what it looked like punk rockers...but jus hardcore ravers....once we got inside it took a little while for coat check...but once got that done, i could finally walk around explore the people and whatnot....to be honest...no offence to the DnB fans...but i was just so annoyed by the same music being played over and over...i thought it was so ....astral projection....did pretty good...not right at the beggining but around the end of their set it was getting good....when preach came on i instantly went behind the dj booth....shook his hand before he started and just begged him broken inside please!!!!he was kind enough to play it right away....but me and him chit chatting back and forth...im sure you guys notice the bass was a little ed up....we were going back and forth at eachother on what it could be....and how we can fix it....but eventually it got kicked back in....Preach was ing amazing...hard hitting stuff and flawless mixing....he was kind enough to basically do whatever i asked him regarding the mixer and spinning of the record and scratches etc.....up to the point where he hands me a water bottle....i was confused thinking wtf does he want me to hold this for....so i just jesture ah..."you want me to drink it?" kind of symbol kind of motioning drinking....and hand it back....lol he makes fun of me and hands it back...and i thought wtf its just water i guess he thought i was thirsty or something..lol 3 huge chugs of vodka i almost in yaked....he fed it maybe 3 or 4 times to me....and then to some of his girlies that were swooning over him....eventuialy his set ended quicker then i thought...and thats when i thank him for an amazing set and he says...."I diddnt really do a good job tonite.....alot of the mixing was horrible...." i just told him dont say like that it was great....next dejay was NuEra.......i got to choose some tracks and he diddnt hesitate to play them for me....automanual......simpler.....and jaytech, Genesis...some sort of remix....i was going to stay longer but of course friends always out...and there was more sketch people on the floor then i thought since i was on the stage....all in all....fromwhen i got there till right before preach i gave it a 4....after that a 9 out of ten....now time for sleep |

wow. i haven't slept properly - my ears are banging their own drum - my feet are much better.
I met sooo many peeps. I can't believe I was going to miss a Destiny party! i love destiny - but not staying up so late anymore.
one day.. i might write a review.
