that's not what i meant. i just never thought he'd pack a place like that so that they'd have to turn people away at the door. even at system last year i don't recall the line up being too long or anything. busy, yes. but not insanely so. |

Manda, you bring up a good point. I think somewhere in between that System gig and last night his popularity did increase significantly. (there was at least one big Toronto gig in between that, was it Decadence?)
Something to do with the death of trance (of old days) and the neo gritty crunchy house sound of new... his appeal greatly broadened.
(the everybody series helped too I'm sure) |

My pics and vids (they're not a lot, but oh well...and it would've been nice to have a pic of me and him...but again, it was impossible last night :()
btw - there was some serious sikkkkk green lazzer action going on last night, but I was too busy admiring them and as a result took no pics of the lazzers...










I hope someone took vids of Copelands' sets... |
