Wah. I hate when I have to leave places early.

Danny's slowly becoming my favorite DJ. He's easily in my top 3 with Zabs and Hernan. Dude never fails to bring the goods. At first when we got there my friend said "Man... this isn't really that good." My reply was "Just wait." And really... thats all we had to do. By 1:30, he was in his "ridiculous" mode and didn't stop by the time I left at 3:45. Not one bad song while I was there.

Next time, I have to make sure I'm able to stay for the whole time.

You'd have loved like 5:30-6:30 when he was playing these relentless breaks.

Overally, great night out, especially after the bar closed. We got there at 2:30-2:45 and when we walked through the basement, I started getting worried about the crowd and it got worse as we got upstairs. It was like all the white people were wasted and all the asians were cracked out, and it was really packed. Danny was killing things, so we endured it and people started clearing out a bit after 4. We ran downstairs to catch some of Ryan's set from about 4:30-5, saw sunshine79, who I never saw again all night. Other TA sightings for me were SidMl, Lunasea, Taub, hitokiri, DJ Slantzz, v-tec, and lust-e.

There were a couple of tracks at like 3-3:30 that I knew, but I can't remember. Jay, I think I ID'd one for you, so if you recall, let us know (edit: Der Dritte Raum - Hale Bopp). At the end of the night, the only track I knew was Carly Simon - Why, which barosoap hates. He closed up at about 8:20, after the crowd, including DT, encouraged him to drop one more track. Lots of disco-ey stuff for the last 1/2 hour, when every track seemed like the last.

Had a in blast! Didnt really get a chance to catch much of howell's set until after the basement closed, but from what i heard when i was upstairs he was on point. It was really amazing to hear a different genre of music played by danny each time i came up...from prog, to tech, to breaks, and even some disco at the end of his set...he really gives the dancefloor everything that hes got.

Thanks to everyone that hung out and said hello in the basement! The vibe was really great all night down there, and yes, jay next time i will drop On the Run after hugs and kisses lmao!
