Legally no. Best Buy Employees are not allowed to get them...
However, what is legal, and what actually happens are two different stories.
When the 360 was launched, quite a few ppl got fired for buying and selling them.
Apparently in the States, employees are not even allowed to camp out at their own store. Legally.
I'm sure if you camp out at another store no one will know if your an employee or not. However if you do get caught, you'll get fired.
A lot of people are pissed that EB Games employees are hiding PS3s and stuff like that. So we'll see how it goes.
They'll be alot of money made this Christmas on PS3s. |

that's an outdated list. metroid has been delayed until 2007 for some time now. Other than that though, seems pretty accurate. |

Hey if i was in highschool and bestbuy was my job i wouldnt care if i got fired ... it would be more like "i got a ps3 who gives a about my bestbuy job" ... jobs like that come and go. besides most of the staff is season there ... do you really think they would care? |

But yeah...it depends.
If money's no issue then:
If you like shooter games/Western (North American) type games -> 360
If you like crazy japanese, or JRPG style games -> PS3
If you like innovate, weird games -> Wii
If you want stuff that has added features, like Blue-Ray, or HD-DVD..then its upto you..
I have a 360 and love it. It's good because its been out for a year now so developers have had time to work with it and stuff. You'll need to give the PS3 some time before they start producing some decent looking games. |

Perfect example of why the Wii will be a success. It has THE widest appeal of any console out there. Old school gamers, current gamers, and non-gamers all have something on the console.
And just wait till you see all the other "different" games on there; like the Cooking game. |
