Look under your fingernails.
Wash, lather and repeat. Now the fecal matter that you get from wiping and not washing and scratching your ass will vanish.

Ew, you guys should wash your hands more frequently than that. It's the first step in breaking the chain of infection. You might not think it's as serious as people suggest, but it is.
Not washing one's hands is one of the main reasons why colds and illnesses are spread about so easily, and why you get sick!!
You have dirty hands, then you put them in your mouth, or rub your eyes or something...them blammo, you're sick!
I always wash my hands after I've used the bathroom, after using public computers, after being out in public - period, before and after eating, etc., etc.
A good alternative is to have a personal sized bottle of hand sanitizer in your purse (or if you're not a girl, in your car).
Serisouly, it's no joke! Hand washing is extremely important!
WASH YOUR HANDS PEOPLE!! It's for your own good!! |

I work in health care, so of course I do it! I use the Isagel anytime I cough, sneeze, wouch another resident and so on.
Everyone should wash their hands for at least 30 seconds. including palms, fingers and even wrists. Germs come out even more during the winter months!:whip: damn those germs! |

well, thats the thing that makes me wary of washing my hands more often. I haven't been sick or had even a cold for 2+ years :wtf: |

i have one attached to my work bag, you don't know who's been holding onto those NYC subway poles and what they've touched. I see people on the subway who wipe their nose with their hands and then grab the pole to hold on...gross |

Yeah but you're still passing all YOUR germs around.
And it doesn't matter anyways. We have resident flora lining our respiratory passages and mucosa that are normally harmless. But if you rub your eyes, for example, tears wash the resident flora farther down the respiratoy tract than they're supposed to be, and voila! Sick!
Think about how much worse that is when it's mixed up with other bacteria and .
Just because you're not getting sick, doesn't mean you shouldn't be protecting yourself AND others!
Believe what you want, but I guarantee you that not washing your hands is a stupid idea. :p |
