no, but they do have a feature where you can maintain the key of the track while slowing down/speeding up the tempo. it's not ableton by any means but it works well within +/- %2 or so. |

doesnt almost all cd decks have master tempo???
i remember when i tried using once with my s1000's...it wasnt that great... -1 on the denon's imo |

whoops, i edited. your right... the Axis 9s let you to edit to any key you want, without affecting track tempo. |

| oops, forgot about this thread. After playing around with my Denon and my friend's Pioneer decks, I have a split opinion. I like both. The only significant advantage to a newbie like me was that Pioneer is more user friendly. I needed to play around with Denon for a bit to make sure it does what I need it to do. Of course it also lacks the .02 pitch resolution, but I got used to this shortcoming fairly quickly. |
