Ours. It's an isssue of morals/values so neither of us could prove the other wrong. I will always prioritise the well being of humans above that of other animals.
If I was sure that I could bring humanity significantly closer to a cure for cancer, or hepatitis or HIV/AIDS I would personally inject 100 cats with any drug, no matter how dire the side effects for the cat, and no matter how uncomfortable it made me feel.

No. If you think that injecting innocent animals with chemicals, the vast majority of which are used for cosmetic purposes, is survival, then you are a ing waste of a human being.

yeah but arnt we just animals too? what right do we have of saying we're more important than any other species....especially when theres smthn like 6 billion of us!

on a side note, I used to have this neighbour, which became a friend in the past, he lived with three dogs, pitbullish looking dogs. So the eldest one died over a year ago, and there are still two left. My friend (the neighbour) had to give them up due to unforseen circumstances, and gave them to a friend to take care of them.
I saw that "friend" the other day, walking the two dogs in my neighbourhood and boy oh boy, what a surprise, they both had cigarette burn wholes in their fur/skin... so I was waiting for a girlfriend and I happened to see the building he went into. he was literallyl dragging the two dogs and he even said "come on your fukken dogs or else I'll kick you in the mouth!!!" I was shocked:eek: I could have cried, seeing that these two poor dogs being abused. They were being abused before the neighbour got a hold of them. that muthafukker!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's a total homie homie don't chya wanna know me loser looking creep!:whip: :whip: :whip:
so I called the Ontario humane society today
1-800-save-a-pet today with the address and descriptions of the dogs!
I pray that this helps them, I think anywhere, even heaven would be a better place for them, then where they are now:( saddens me so...

I agree with you to an extent - hell, if I could experiment on animals, much as it would pain me to do so, and know that the results would make progress in the fight against human suffering in this world, I would choose it as well. But that is hypothetical - in reality, it's all a gamble. Also, most animal testing is conducted because testing on people and designing surveys and controlled experiments cost more money. Companies do it so they can lower their profit margin and make more money after going through the process of experimentation to know that a product is safe enough to release to the public without them getting mass lawsuits due to unforeseen adverse effects.
