can you tell your employer you have an adopted son in new york who requires the same mobile contribution as yours. I'll provide a routing number and bank account =P |

I can check if our NYC office has any openings. It's only right they pay me a car allowance (and for my gas) as I need my car for work and they charge our clients $0.50 for every km I put on it (on a file of course). |

A couple of reasons:
a) the allowance is meant to cover the payments, insurance, and maintainance,
b) I deal with clients of all economic brackets, many of whom believe they pay too much for insurance. It's an unwriten policy among insurance adjusters that your car cannot be too flashy as too nice a car will set you apart from your clients because it acts as a sign of status and reinforces their misconception that all insurance people are getting rich of their premiums (which makes it harder to them on their settlements),
c) I get the $600 every month whether I actually spend it or not.... since cars are not exactly a priority in my life right now I'm happy to drive my nice entry level premium sports wagon and keep a little extra for other things.... like drugs.
**edit, also please note; that's $600 Canadian.... maybe $550 US, which is not enough to purchase a 745... lease maybe but I put on over 50,000 km/year.... not ideal for leasing |

Main reason was $$$, other reason was I am still warming up to the bug eye.. the new ones look like a pig snout.
Tuning options for the bug eye / 05+ are so easy with the bloody stock ecu... make's me allmost wish I did buy one though. |

i tell you i was in LOVE with the bug eye-02+ rex. Believe the bug eye was deaded in 02 and 03 was the year the new lens look. I read on that car like no tomorrow and I didn't even own it. Never got a chance to own one because I got an crack-tacular deal on an apartment in the city so I opted for living nice without the luxury of a vehicle.

damn, I noticed car prices are ridiculously low in the US.. For the price of a run-of-the-mill Fiat Punto here in NL

you'll buy a nice SUV in the US.
I'm getting 600 euro's car budget here from my employer, which doesn't even suffice for leasing one of those Fiats. Damn Holland and our taxes. |
