Friggin' disgusting how many people don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom.
Pay attention next time you're in there.
GROSS! |

question: is it true that by using a hand dryer, you'll get germs all over your hands again?? (whatever germs are stuck in the dryer when it's off)
someone once told me that and i haven't been able to use hand dryers since... |

I wash my hands before AND after going to the washroom. Washing before is just as important as after.
Why would anybody want the germs of the world to get on their parts?!?! I know I don't. |

| We have something like this up at work as well. Not only for that reason but to continously be washing your hands to free yourself and others of bacteria and germs that cause you to get sick. |

Once I've washed my hands I don't touch anything in the bathroom.
I'll use paper-towel or toilet paper to flush, turn on/off taps, open door, press hand dryer button. |

+1
Consider where your hand has been, and you're touching your Captain Winky with that filthy hand.
Though most of the time, I'm too lazy... :p
If you really think about where you can get germs, I'd throw up. A lot.
PS: Pocket hand sanitizers FTW |

Washing your hands is the first and MOST IMPORTANT step in breaking the chain of infection!
Do not underestimate for a SECOND how important it is to wash your hands.
I always feel pretty good about using the bathrooms in the nursing building here at school...cause I know all the students practice good sanitation habits! |

even at the clubs?
I saw on TV once that in reality, you are suppose to wash your hands for at least 30 seconds. 10-15 seconds does not take away the bacteria. I also have hand sanatizer on my desk and usually in my purse at all times. |

Even 30 seconds is not really enough. A minute is ideal.
Hand sanitizers are an excellent alternative for when you can't always get to a sink/soap & water. But it's only effective for 10 uses..then you should really wash your hands properly. |
