| I think it's ed up that insurance companies can discriminate against different sexes. I doubt anyone would support insurance companies charging asians (purely for example) more for insurance if there was "statistics" showing that they caused more accidents. |

| i think everyone would be better off not using phones in cars at all. in Massachusetts im pretty sure talking on the cell is illegal in a car. |

So have I. I've also seen men, old people, and people of every race do silly things on the road. People in general suck at driving. No "type" of person is worse than another.

alcohol has effects on your brain, motor skills, coordination, judgement etc, while cell phones are just a distraction.
