| I was wondering if anyone would start a thread like this haha. This year rocked for Christmas bonuses at work for me! One added to my upcoming pay and for the other job $100 giftcard. Considering the amount of books I read, $100 worth of books is sweet! :D |

I always give myself a good bonus.
I give employees about 1% to 2% of gross as a bonus. |

Though I don't get x mas bonuses, but whenever I get a pay raise which always seems to be some sort of retro pay raise, I get a nice lump sum which somehow a lot of it goes to book stores.
I think I spent like 400 bucks on books one week. |

| my xmas bonus is only 1% of gross. meh.. better than nothing. what ticked me off this year is that my sister who works for a small architectural firm as a receptionist got a bonus double the amount i did and she only makes half or even lesser than my annual income. the kicker is she started working there in september. i'm hoping for a big xmas present from her. :toothless |
