Always wonder what people thought of when they listen to trance. I thought I always had my owns thoughts no one never ever think off as in landscape wize. My cousin says he thinks of nothing while listening. Trance makes me day dream of some kind of futuristic dark city with neon lights and such or a desert with a beach with water so clear you can drink out of. Sadly my dreams dont last long.....

I don't think of anything, it's just music.

Depends on my mood at the time and what kind of song is playing. It has the potential to be very "visual" for me, but it isn't always.

Well... You can't really say that, it's different from song to song.
Some of my usual thoughts are like... vast deserts with stormy, dark skies above (Rapid Eye - Circa Forever (Iberia Mainroom Mix), caves filled with crystal clear water with small one-cell organisms swimming around in it (Gill Norris - Forme)

lmao I know, it's weird, but those are two examples.

i think about the great details in the track.

Sometimes I admire the incredible production details in the record.

Sometimes I just close my eyes and listen to the melody, let it "speak".

Sometimes I think of situations I have been in or imagine scenarios in life.

Daydreaming to music is good, you can definatley become more attatched to tracks that way.

Sometimes I associate the music with specific images- often memories associated with that piece of music, sometimes I visualise the music in a fairly abstract way... but a lot of the time I don't really visualise it at all. As for what I think of- usually whatever the music's trying to convey, given the personal touch of my self.

The more you try to visualize while listening to music, the more you are time sharing your senses.
OK, not exactly but in a way. Just listen to music and you'll enjoy it a lot more. ;)

My 2 cents.
