Came all the way from Virginia to hear Sean spin live and it was so f-ing amazing. I arrived at the door around 10:30 and met Heather, Tony and Steve. It was awesome meeting you guys! :D Got to hear everybody who spinned that night and I loved them all! It was my first time hear Thomas spin for the first time and I was very impressed with his mixing skills, but I agree with Eric, you were holding back! ;) Then Sean came on with his fire and brimstone and just obliterate the damn place!!! I did try to pace myself so I could keep up with Sean but I was so spent and overwhelmed to dance before Sean finished. I went to the smoking room and heard most of Ryan's set and I was going crazy sitting in the sofa! lol What an one-two punch these brothers pack! Sean just drive you to the verge of exhaustion and Ryan s you up in the head... By the end, you all have acheived something not many DJs have done. I was exorcised of my demons and cleansed... Thank you for the Awesome night and please come down to DC soon!!!
And all of the guys I met while I was in the smoking room. It was so much fun talking to you all!!! :happy2: |

I know its taken a while for me to post my response here, but yesterday was a very emotional day for me having to say goodbye to Sean who I probably wont see for a while, as he had to fly back overseas to prepare for tonights gig in Scottland.
First off, Id like to thank the People crew for taking the chance on a trance party in Sulli, it was indeed a risk to many, but i think it panned out better than we could of ever imagined;) Now time to get ready for Round 2 (and 3...4...5...etc) tonight hahaha!
Mike and Frank did a brilliant job opening things up. They are two of my favorite local djs and on top of that very classy guys. I hope we play more parties together fellas.
Thomas, wow dude u really impressed me big time!!! I havent heard Seven Cities in so long in a club, thanks for bringing that classic back for me!
Sean, well...haha sean knows how i felt about his set and the night having talked to him all day yesterday. During his set, i just stood in the corner of the room and could only watch and listen to him rockin the place. After years of seein him go through so much to get where he is now...it probably was the best feeling ive ever felt in a club seeing how far hes come. Good luck NYE in scottland u crazy SOB.
I want to thank all u guys for comin out and supporting this party, and especially those who stayed til the end...i know thomas and sean basically took all ur energy, so it left me speechless to see u guys killing urselves for my set.
Hope everyone has a safe and happy new years tonight...party ur asses off!! :crazy: |

| party was ing awesome. i got trashed and woke up at 3:30 the next day, and forgot i had a huge family xmas part 2 that i was supposed to be at ahhaha, i got there so late, no big deal though. everybody killed it all night, best time i've had in a long time. hahaha and on the way out, some random rasta comes up to me and i scored some hash which i havent had in eons hahah. great to see everyone, we gotta have another party like that soon haahh |

Eric & People, nothing more to add than what was said earlier other than it being a great time and awesome job as always...
The music, crowd, and vibe was on point, Sulli is such a great venue.
Frank & Mike did a great job opening, along with Datt after them.
Sean, cant add anything more except that its amazing to see how far you have come in such a short time!
Tyas, loved the Bodzin (Huntemann?) track you dropped, and it always good to see you on for more than a 2 track set :haha: ...
The usual suspects that came back for the after party at my place, it was a great time! I just finished cleaning the place 5 minutes ago :haha:
Looking forward as always to the next People party on the 27th! |
