Healthy Foods That you Hate !!!!

Is there a certain food that you force yourself to eat for reasons other then taste ???
Everyday I eat plain oatmeal and a cup of eggwhites ... I absolutly hate the taste of either of them but i still force my self to eat that everyday for breakfast... for months on end.
Also i hate Cottage Cheese, which is a good source of slow absorbing protien. I dont know what i hate more egg whites or cottage cheese or oat meal but these 3 foods are the terror in my daily diet. |

My parents used to make me eat stuff like raw beef liver, deer antler tea and other 'herbal' that just makes me want to kill myself eating it.

I am not a huge fan of radishes. I will eat them, but I would never buy them at a store.
Egg whites are pretty nasty too.
And raw seal is yucky. |

beat the egg whites until fluffy add milk to it then put that on the oatmeal and eat it. throw some fruit on there too. |
