It's the right thing to do yet only the rich can afford that :gsmile:
oh the irony.
Oh well if you feel it's right to shop at Walmart good for you :) |
I'm not saying you shouldn't buy clothes from a name brand store, I mean... I do all the time. However, I wont pay a ridiculous amount of money for something because there is a name brand tag on it. You can go down to smaller stores and get a very similar shirt or whatever, without the tag, and pay less. BTW, I refuse to shop at Wal-Mart period. They are the devil corporation of America.

You don't have to go and get a brand name suit to get a good suit. My boyfriend bought a suit from Moores not too long ago, very high quality suit, looks awesome on him, but was cheaper than a lot because it wasn't dolce or some other name brand. They use their name as an excuse to overcharge for their items like crazy, which in my opinion is absolutely silly.
Common, $200+ for a shirt? Are you on crack? If I was paying $200 for a shirt, that shirt best be ing washing and ironing itself, stain-proof, wear and tear proof and better be feeling like I am wearing teh sex. You can buy really nice clothing that looks good and is stylish, and not pay out of the ass for it.
Meh, maybe I just don't understand the fascination with having branded clothing. |

I'm sorry, but if a guy walked up to me and was wearing this, I would think he was a bum off the street. WHY WOULD YOU PAY MORE THAN 5 DOLLARS FOR THIS PIECE OF ?!?! Gawd people are on crack.
Now I think people are just stupid.
Hmmmm, maybe I should get into design. If I can sell a ty 70's shirt for $200, I want in on this. |

I have the Mickey Mouse shirt in green. Front shot of him in that pose on the front side, and the back shot of him making the pose on the back side. It's a little ratty, but apparently people like that.
Maybe I should put it on E bay too.
 |

quite a few. If you travel to italy, france and other places where fashion is a big deal... you will see it alot. v-neck tshirts never made it in the states, and personally i think they are pretty lame. also, the styles are quite flamboyant. as far as calling that stuff trendy, i wouldnt call it that at all... because the people that wear that stuff is quite minimal. |
V-necks are pretty popular here, it must be an LA thing :p |

Depends on the type of v-neck. I think the ones with a really deep v (like pictured) are pretty guido. But I've seen some that aren't that deep, they're pretty cool. But you have to have a certain look to pull it off. |
