Now i understand why the serbs and croatians are there supporting there country, but what the are these greek hero wankers doing??? there are no greeks in the draw, yet they are there causing trouble as per usual cheering for marcos baghdatis (cypriot) who isnt even from greece.

Last time i checked South Melbourne wasnt participating in the tennis.
Secondly, last time i checked the fights were between serbians and croatians. No greeks. That photo shows greeks in the background no fighting.
Thirdly your comment about the greeks supporting cyprus is embarassing. |

is it really embarrasing, do u know that in cyprus, they dont want anything to do with greeks, or they dont want there country associated with greece in any way (unless they are in trouble)
and as for the south melbourne supoorters, i was there last year, and i saw the majority of the greek following that were at the tennis, and they are all those little 16 year old south melbourne supporters who tarnished the reputation of the club and probably contributed to them not being in the A-League. |

living in sth melb can be a bit dangerous :)
was walking home after playing Sunday afternoon squash at MSAC with my room-mate.
it was the same day as the VSL grand final between Altona and Sth Melb..
there were plenty of greeks drinking at a pub and there were some altona supporters nearby.. fark all hell broke loose.. felt sorry for the altona supporters as there were only 5 of them, vs. about 20 boozed up greeks..
i find it hilarious that these sth melb supporters had the audacity to yell abuse such as "get back to your own country"...
Australia isnt a perfect country by any means and ill admit there is plenty of rascism around the place, but don't bring your n countries racial issues into our backyard... they dont belong here and if you bring your serbian vs. croatian here then neither do you! :mad: |
