True wog? off already ass licker.
The croats have been supporting the tennis for the last 15 years... the greeks since Sampras. Its no doubt the doing of the serbs but it takes two to tango. |

Well as a Croat I can say that this is usually over exaggerated by the media. So a few people got into a fight. What the do they want? We were in a God damn war only 15 years ago, and there will always be small pockets of losers who just want to pay out the other country and eventually it turns into a brawl. I don't see the need for the media to sensationalise it and make it out like it's another Balkan war. Is this really front page news these days? It's ing sad, that's what it is.
Then we get people commenting on how this is Australia and people shouldn't bring their problems into Australia (you know who you are). I'm sorry, but problems don't just go away, idiots always remain idiots and is it really necessary to blame both countries because of a handful of people that got in a fight? Oh I'm sorry, the media said it was a riot so we better call it that
That's how we ended up with the real riots in Cronulla because everyone developed a mob mentality and started accusing everyone of everything.
Oh, and the Greeks support the Cypriots since they have no one of their own. |

|
Not quite that simple.
The Cronulla riots were a result of years of simmering tension
between mostly local anglo-saxons and groups of young middle-eastern
men who were coming down to the beach looking for trouble. If
anything I would say the media was largely to blame, since they
published the SMS messages and created a lot of hype.
Anyway, thats old news. People have moved on..... |

Why is it naive? They still consider Cyprus a part of their country so I don't have a problem with them supporting Baghdatis. It's not like there is no connection between them. |

| ohh cool i thought you were trying to suggest that the greeks shouldnt be supporting him... |

Wooow, i cant believe the tention in these articles. i think everyone needs to step back and take a breather because it seems to be getting out of control. i am Italian "Viva Italia" and i think all us Italian's love australia. Italians are peacful people unlike the the croation muslims, the Sebs are ok too however the greeks also start many fights especially in the NSL days. all the europeans need to take a look at the Italians in Australia as we set an example and never start any trouble as we are peacful people. perhaps the tention between the croations and serbs is based on there religion, you know because the serbs are orthadox and the croations are muslim. We all need to relax and concentrate more on Australia. Cheers

^^^^^LMFAO! That guy needs to be hanged for that stupidity :stongue: :stongue: :stongue: :stongue:
It would be nice if he actually did some research and found out that 96% of Croatians are Catholic. Therefore since Catholic = Christian and Orthodox = Christian, how can there be a religious fight?
And also, any remotely educated person knows that the conflict is because of the resentment from the independance war more than 15 years ago. I mean, how does someone miss one of the biggest news stories of that time? That's like not knowing that the US invaded (liberated?) Iraq
And Italians model citizens? Wow....did he actually say that?
:stongue: :stongue: :stongue:
Link me to the replies. I want to see how he gets crucified when more people reply to his comment. |
