How can you know what is going to be safe to watch before you watch it? Sometimes the news is as tame as a kitten playing with a ball of yarn, other days you are watching someone be hanged.
It's a little unfair to say that parents should just know. You can't pre-watch everything that comes onto the television.
As much as people enjoy their freedoms to watch whatever the hell they like, they have to remember that EVERYONE is capable of watching it, and not everyone SHOULD be seeing a lot of what they show.
I know a lot of people on here are anti-cenorship nazis, but I personally feel that not knowing everything is better for the mind. |

No no no! The kids is stupid,yes, but the media is to be blamed as well. I mean, there was no reason that this should have even been shown on TV let alone been captured on video at all, some people are sick and twisted, but they showed it. It takes a stupid uneducated kid to be all like, " dude, that looks like fun, let me try it" |

was just about to post a nomination for the darwin awards. i knew what hanging was as a kid.. i knew not to tie around my neck and tie the other end to an elevated point and suspend. isn't that common knowledge? |
