Bring back the old Homebase Setup! You know everybody gets a smile on their face when they hear about the old homebase. Those who were able to experience it are very lucky. I don't think we will EVER get back to those days. In One Word, LEGENDARY.
We should try bringing it back to allow the newbies to see what that vibe was all about! A few years back, there was a party called 'Next Level' underground in an Oakland Basement. They brought out a bunch of Local Superstars. All Battle Sets and the Turntable setup made it a Rockin' Show. The DJs were having a Great time and the crowd was totally feeding off all of the DJs energy.
I vote for some Battles this summer for sure. Sooner the Better! |
