is that weird?
i went on a date last night and i'm supposed to go to a hockey game with this guy on saturday...i dont think i like him though. maybe he was nervous or something, but he talked too much and he's like a big 5 year old.
i love being single, but i haven't really dated. hooked up a couple of times and just "hang out" really with some guys, but no formal dating.
i don't like dating. it's like acting if you really think about it. |

basically.
he answered his cell phone in the car, which i can't stand. i dont care if you're just my friend or whatever, but when you're on a date, put the ing phone away.
then he walked me to the door which was cute, but then he called me 10 minutes after the date to tell me he had a good time (i didn't answer but he said it on the voicemail).
too eager? |

I've found that the more ed up conditions the relationship begins under, the better the relationship is.

I met Mrs. Hazard because I volunteered to give her a drive to her (and my) hometown from Toronto on a weekly basis at the bequest of a mutual friend. I did this because I was trying to bang the mutual friend. Once I met Mrs. Hazard the focus shifted to getting Mrs. Hazard away from her bf. At any rate... if I had not been trying to get a piece of the friend I would not have met Mrs. Hazard... and we have a fantastic marriage! |

so whatever we flirt for like 10 minutes on the phone and he sounds really hot himself, but in my mind i'm thinking don't get too chummy this guy could be really ugly. so then i'm like, "do you have myspace" (totally gay, i know, but i really wanted to see what he looked like) and sure enough he did, and he's adorable. we have a date tomorrow night:)
he's into the whole BMX bike stuff...crazy boy. he owns that bike shop and is in competitions all over the world and stuff like that. i dont really see myself with a guy like that, but whatever...gonna see where it goes.
and here ya go for all you "pics or stfu" ppl;)

dating is pretty ing lame. too much pressure and it can feel really forced... just like acting.
i've actually never been in a relationship that started out with "dating"... all the relationships i've been in kinda came outta nowhere, completely randomly and it was always a shock. like "oh , i think there's something here. lets see where it goes!"
when i was single for 6 months i went on a bunch of dates and it was some of the worst experiences of my life, lol. the worst was probably when i went out for drinks with this one guy and he spent the entire time confessing about his cocaine addiction and how he feels so "different" from his coworkers.. like, wtf? terrible conversation for a first date, buddy. |

hahaha i would have totally had a blast with that one...when he went to the bathroom, you should have prepared lines from the splenda on the table and been like, "hey, i scored us some blow from the waiter while you were gone. let's get this party started!" |
