Hes the manager of radio shack. Hes there because he screwed up in life, just like you. There isnt some magical order of the universe that misplaces REALLY TALENTED SMART people like accidently into radioshack. Youre there because of a character defect, which may or may not be as obvious as his, except your spitting in the coffee makes me think hes probably more right than you are and youre just a punk kid whos a ty employee that expects to get paid yet has ZERO interest in preserving the store for which he works. Which means the manager is totally justified in expecting something other than sitting behind the counter chatting on your cell phone.
You sound like the kind of punk ass kid that after I walk out from having dealt with, I call the store manager and ask why youre working there, because you obviously dont care about the business nor the services you provide. |

| Why are some of you so immature when it comes down to dealing with bosses, supervisors and managers? |

Dude, wat the hell is up your ass. First of all, i posted a thread about a current job conflict, that i have and to see wat other people thought about it, if i needed somebody to judge where i work at and how i do my job, then i would post a different thread. Second of all, i like where i work, RadioShack is an okay company to work for, sure there are better companies, but guess what this is not a career move for me, im only doing this for two more years and then i will have a degree and be back in NYC working. Third of all, just because i;ve done some stupid at work, that doesnt mean, that i am bad employee, i like the work that i do, and i try to help each customer in the best possible way, im a sales associate and im good at it. And believe me I;ve seen those ups that talk on the cell phone while working in other stores, and im in no way comparable to them. The reason this thread was created, was to see if i was right in my reasoning, not to be judged by some guy behind a computer. sure u can call me an for spitting in my bosses coffee, but dont label me as a retard that is working at radioshack, theres quite a difference between the relationship that a sales associate has with a customer and the relationship between employee and employer.

| no, there is not quite a difference between relationships with customers and relationships with associates. at work you should be treating everyone with respect, equally. |

| lol im sorry sweetie, did you want everyone to agree with everything you do? You're a up. How many incredibly successful people spit in their bosses mugs? It comes down to character and values, and your actions dont score particularly high on either scale. |
