No, your sentence didn't make sense. YOU may not want to, but THEY want you to. You're there to WORK and be paid to do so and WALKING them to where they want to go is part of your job, start doing it. |

nope this is what i get paid for.
every 10 minutes, a customer comes up. ::ring ring:: "$20. thank you. there you go. see you later"
then me and my co-workers talk about until:
1. another customer comes up
2. we need our breaks/lunches
3. time to go home |

It's in my job description that I need to help customers and to make them feel "welcome, important and appreciated." Continuing to work at my job exemplifies an acceptance of that agreement.
As an employee, you have to help the customer. I've been bitched at, screamed at, and called an and a c.unt by customers even after I've politely explained to them that the error was on the part of the employee who shelved or tagged the item wrong. In the end, I've had to call the cashier(s) and tell them that yes, the customer will be getting it at the reduced price even though it's wrong.
As much as it pisses me off, the customer is right. If you don't treat the customer with respect, you get the ax. That's retail for you.
Most customers, however, are polite. They're idiots and do stupid , yes, but more often than not if I correct them and explain the situation to them, they'll understand and accept it. |

Regardless of what your position is you're supposed to be flexible and show that you can do more than be a stupid ignorant dumb ass! |

RE-in-gardless budday! You're supposed to help the costumers no matter what they want. If one drops a box, and is fully capable of picking it up them selves but asks you to pick it up, you pick it up. Hey by all means do what you want, when you get costumer complaints and what not and your boss has to let you go....you're going to somehow let the c0r know, and we're going to rip in to you!:gsmile: |
