Have you ever put A LOT of effort into something, anything, only to have it be all for nothing??
Because I just finished a 14 page assignment that is now useless! I've hermitized myself all week so I could get it done, too.
The worst part is...I also have to REDO the assignment..AND combine it with what will likely be ANOTHER 14 page paper! OMG!!!

I think some further explanation is needed on this one, Jenny.
I hope this doesn't have something to do with any kind of clit pump malfunction.... |

Yes.
Lesson learned: The more you worry about something, the earlier you find out there was no need to worry in the first place. |

Bahahahahah!!
Ok well...one of my courses is a Community course, and in it we go out and collect health data form individuals in the community. Last semester we visited with families, and this semester we're visiting "well elders" (seniors living independently).
We have to do 3 visits, and the goal of each visit it different. After each visit we have to summarize our findings and synthesize knowledge from our readings/journal articles/texts into the summary.
The PROBLEM is that the senior I was visiting is now in the hospital, so I can't finish my visits with her. So now I have to do it ALL OVER again with a new client.
I told my teacher straight up that my motivation level is low at the thought of redoing all that work, hoping I could just do the last 2 visits with my new client and skip redoing the first one. But she said that "These kind of situations happen to everyone, but it's how we deal with them that test our nursing professionalism, blahblah...so why don't you just combine visit 1 and 2 and we'll talk about it in class on Thursday."
sakes. |

Weak - and I can completely relate.
Long story, but my entire Senior project was lost last year after 4 months of ridiculous work.
:(
Hope you figure something out Jenny! |
