Hey!
Takkra have done a great remix of Richīs awesome tune Tonewashed and he asked me to do the vocals for it. I said "sure" but I worried about how to make a vocal as strong as that song... few weeks later I actually think we did it! :gsmile:

kick is a bit flat but the bass is nice.
vocals are good but they dont fit in some parts. i like the drive of it. just the kick doesnt work for me.

well the kick doesn't work because it's a bit muffled...sorry
otherwise it's pretty cool :)
sorry, but the vocals seem off to me...
the vocal effects are cool though...but then...when it's in the "verse" it sounds like there's a note or two a bit drifting off...
otherwise quite a nice track. |

love the vocal......
kick needs compression though! :) and EQ.... maybe try EQing the vox also, it can be LOUDER, yet sound very nice.
oh, and then it goes off key ;)
there's some composition that needs work... need some sort of constant drive and not somethign that slows it down etc.
very very nice work on the vocals, respect... =)
say, i've been needing vocals for a while ;);)

hey guys:) - what a surprise hehe!
good arrangement and i like the kick mate also the mixing is done well. only a few little bits i dislike.
2.06 - the first note in the vocal is a bit off key. would be nice to chop that vocal line out or maybe make it flow a little better.
i like the techy arrangement. and the way you use the minimal percs, bass and kick to good effect.
4.05 - vocal sounds great. very well done guys. maybe have a little more flow to the vocals and less words so there is less to focus on. but i love the melody of the vocals. and i really like the reversed/reverbed talking. it gives a good atmosphere. overall i think this is a cool rmx and the mixing is very well done imo. thanks for giving this a go guys:)
