Holy hell..someone find a cure for Sleep Paralysis

My god...make it stop. I've had sleep paralysis on and off for the past two years. I usually go months without having it, and then i'll have it on and off for weeks at a time. I'm pretty sure i'm entering a sleep paralysis phase again because not only did I have the worst sleep paralysis experience of my life last night, but while watching a movie in my boring ass Gender and Religion class, I had a short episode in class.
For those of you who don't know what it is...I hope you never have to.
Usually my episodes only last maybe 1-2 minutes, but last night I had multiple episodes for seriously about an hour. I would snap out of the paralysis gasping for air sort of like one would do after almost being drowned, and then I would immediately fall back into another episode. Full on hallucinations (visuals and sound) and lucid dreaming too. The most intense episode of sleep paralysis I have ever had. It usually doesn't bother me and I'm used to it by now, but seriously last night was ing horrifying.
Someone find a cure for this , and someone please figure out what causes it for sure...because as of now nobody knows why it happens (there are only speculations and ideas) and what the hell to do to fix it. This has been around since ancient times all around the world and there is still no cure. It used to be thought that it was the work of satan, demons...etc....the human race has come a long way since then...so someone invent a god damn pill that I can take to get rid of it.:whip: :whip: :whip: :whip:
kthxbye |

If it were only that easy. Honestly, if that would fix the problem, I would totally ing go for it.
I mean, some people suggest that its caused by sleep deprivation...which does apply to me...but at the same time I took a ing huge lortab last night and was passed the out. No way in hell could sleep have been the problem last night, I was totally knocked out. |

when i was having sleep paralysis, i was
1. untreated for schizo/insomnia. so you mind want to see a mental health doctor to make sure things don't progress into obvlivion.
2. under a lot of stress. try exercizing. diet. listen to paul van dyk. see a movie. make best of your day so you feel pleasant and relaxed when you hit the sack at night.
3. using windows xp
ya, them hallicinations during paralysis is in nuts. it's scary when little girls are giggling at you when you are working the night shift alone, but when they are giggling under your bed, it's like lololololol (a scary lololololol)
don't kill yourself. YOUR LIFE MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS |

BZZZZ wrong.
if your consistently sleep deprived (working the night shift, studying, etc), getting a single long ass nap doesn't matter. the mind is going crazy with sleep patterns. |

....erm...pretty sure i'm not in need of a mental health checkup. Pretty sure its just plain 'ol sleep paralysis.
and I think pvd would probably my day up more. not a huge fan.
and I use a mac.
It's probably:
a. Stress
b. Horrible sleep patterns
c. add medication
d. the wrath of god |
