Well, its a long story on why we let someone else do the permits, but suffice to say it seemed like the right thing to do when the decision was made and it backfired... so the end of that discussion cause its not happening again.
There is definitely music during the day! ALL DAY.
Flyer should be on the street Victoria Day Weekend.

Yes - Eclipse is back with the psy/goa tent - they have a killer lineup as well.
No - the location is not on the flyer at request of the venue - they don't want people in the community stressing them out for 4 months. There is nothing that can be done now that the permits and police are satisfied, but its a choice we made on request from the owners. It will be posted on our website at least 1 month prior to the show. We will release photos further in advance and a lot of people will know where it is from them!

OS2- where will the flyers be in Edmonton? Need some help promoting here? I would be glad to, I am out every ing weekend- (tired)!
And HEY, GUYS- I know you THINK that last year was bad- BUT Considering EVERYTHING it still ended up AMAZING! (love John "00" Flemming- - and Jason, luv ya always)
I mean- for ing 75 dollars for all those djs and - is wasn't that bad- okay I was bitter and miserable as well, but- first set sat morning cured that!! |

still very curious if there is going to be an up&commers room at this years wemf (hosted by tribe?)?
alex d said something about it on tribe but details were very sketchy and i saw somewhere that os/2 wrote out who was hosting each tent and well...tribe wasn't listed there :conf: |

In this thread, OS/2 said that flyers should be out by the end of this month (lineup, activies, etc) and the venue will be announced a month before the party.

Yes, there will be a "New Talent Tent" this year - 100%. Its going to be well organized and properly run by Tribe, who are also doing the judging of the demos.
