Bummah. :( |
yeah, i gotta stay in school though. i thought my ~$10,000 debt was bad, but i guess $80,000 trumps that. about $1100 of that debt has to be paid by march 14th though, so w00t for that. not including the fees for the accident friday. :(
but yeah, you should definitely transfer to UWM bro. |

Yup, rent is pretty much the one bill that killed me the most. For 2.5 years it was like $550 a month :(

Lived by myself for a couple years, needed to focus (read: stop drinking and doing other things inhibiting my classroom attendance). :( |

| Ahh, okay. Even still, I thought Madison was comparatively high-priced for Wisco and I was paying about $600 to live on my own for two years in pretty nice places. |

yeah i know. its hard though. growing up my sperm and egg donor took tons and tons and never gave back. they still do so its REALLY hard for me to borrow money. i will wait till the very last minute to ask and even then im super reluctant.
i do realize though it will be easy to pay off making 60k/year to start out if not more since i currently work at an engineering firm. plus i was already told by one of the higher ups that he wants to move me into an intern position in a year. :) |

my mom helps me out more than my dad and he makes almost 150k a year. haven't seen a dime from him towards my education or even getting my car fixed.

If it makes you feel any better the places I was looking at in Chicago were $12-1400 a month. Fortunately I'll be living with two friends and it will only be $750. |

I love living with my mother. Family is number one on my list of what's important to me. My mom is really unwell...and yeah the bonus of living at home is that I don't pay rent, but I stay more because she needs me around to help take care of her. I don't think it's right to abandon your family when they need your support. |
