| Well, that was good for a few laughs. Always fun to see these overrated human jukeboxes try to put themselves on par with real artists. |

This is my favorite argument. When djs that have a residency brag that their not a 'bedroom dj'. First off, everybody starts somewhere so stop being such a twat. Secondly, everyone knows it's not how good of a dj someone actually is, it's who they know. Blow enough of the right people and ANYONE can have a residency/monthly gig whatever! Skill has nothing to do with, as this video clearly shows :stongue: |

For a promotional video of one's self, I assume that's what the DJ was going for, it's good. The editing of the video and mixing of the music is good.
From my standpoint, if you're promoting yourself, you gotta do what you gotta do. To most it may come off as ego or whatever, but if you were promoting yourself through a mix cd, wouldn't you try to convince people that you were good at mixing etc etc?
If this was seriously a "how to" video with addy and some d-list celeb like Carl Weathers or Chuck Norris co-hosting, then of course I couldn't take it seriously, but, for a video that gives people an idea of who you are, and what you do etc etc, it's aight.
Oh and I havent seen the interview parts, so I cant comment. |

This is where it all goes wrong for me- all credibility goes out the window once those interviews start. Even the ones in which I believe people are being honest sound like bull compared to all the scripted garbage. |
