that's just the outer cover of corn husk :stongue: You remove that and inside is a corn meal dough stuffed with spicy pork filling. Some mexican food I found at a local grocery store. |

Cuban style Tamales are THE BOMB!
I always eat that, pour hot sauce over, and I usually get a croqueta to go with it.

The filling sounds good. Mexican food is never well presented IMO. You go to a Mexican restaurant and it looks like it's just been thrown togther however it's very tasty food.
I'm a massive fan of Modern European cusine when you infuse different flavours like made a French dish but add some Italian ingredients. Mediterranean food is brilliant. |
