| the d00d that ran a red light and hit me when i was driving home from the grocery store (8 months pregnant) was stoned. just as stupid if you ask me.. it was a miracle i didn't loose her, and now i have spinal/neck injury AWESOME! |

i dont drive drunk anymore nor do my friends....but when we were 18 it was the first times and months we were out clubbing and getting wasted all the times...and i know for 1 year we would drunk totally wasted :nervous:
we stopped finally but the other day we were thinking of that with my best friend and yes it was dangerous and consciousness....we could have killed people and killed ourselves a lot of times
im glad it didnt happen ...
that's why now when we do plan to go out and get drunk.....we rather walk or take the tram
now a day when i pick up friends to go out or whatever i simply dont drink.... |

One night at a party, about three other people and I got totally stoned. Naturally, we got the munchies and decided to hop into the car to go to the grocery store.
So we were driving on one of the main roads when the stoned driver decided he wanted to change the CD. All of us, totally blitzed, are staring at what he is doing with the CD player, and none of us are looking at the road....
When we looked up, he was on the wrong side of the road, coming up to a red light.
Immediately I realized that we were incredibly stupid, and I regretted getting into the car.
Of couse, that scared the out of all of us, so he drove better after that... but we were REALLY lucky no one was around.
I refuse to get into a car if the driver has been drinking, and will not get into the car if both the driver and I are stoned. At least one person has to have quicker responses. |

Its all about knowing your limits.
I drive fine a little stoned but being baked off your ass while driving isnt good. I mean. All these things boil down to common ing sense, which I like to think I have.
My mom THINKS she drives better stoned, but in REALITY its a nightmare. I refuse to drive with her within 24 hours of her smoking any mj, because we've almost died twice. |
