Yeah... my ex of 3 years turned 26 a few months ago, and has gone through an early mid-life crisis since (her words, being over a 1/4 century old), and unfortunately I wasn't part of it... sucks to be me.
However, What would everyone think when that one day I turn 40? Can't picture me staying here... so much I read of that 'old creepy' guy. I never want to be that guy.

omg...yeah i just turned 26 too...mid-life crisis indeed for me....being 25 one of the worst yrs of my life...26 wont be as bad though (i hope) but still not totally over my mid life crisis :sadgreen:

oh ya...i always say to myself when i see an older woman sticking out at a party "if I ever hang out in a place like this when I am her age shoot me and put me out of my mysery...seriously!!!

It's not the old age that scares people in my opinion - it's the 'image' of an old person such as being slower, less capable of doing things on their own, weak, fragile etc...
A lot of these 'bad' features of the elderly have a lot to do with your life style and habits..
I like to be healthy and exercise, eat well, good hygiene because I know when I'm like 70-80 I will be in way way better condition than another 70-80 year old who just breezed through life
Being healthy now will help you 10 fold in the future
