wow, since when running up and down the stairs such a great warm up? back in grades 7, 8 and 9 when I still did P.E., we just did circles around the track and field, what happened to doing that? ok so stairs are such a great way to exercise, but not for 8 y.o.
but yes, it is obviously not the stairs that directly caused his death, because he didn't fall of them, but still... I would get more breathless from walking up the stairs up to 4th floor of my res in a quick pace, then now, when I sometimes sprint across the parking lot of my apartment building to catch the bus |

I had a visual image that made me laugh, and I thought I would try and share the humour.
Obviously I don't think what happened is funny, but the story that I came up with in my head when I was reading the article struck me humourous. Shoot me for being human.
