Great thread! There has been so much quality music the last couple of years (over a decade and a half), that choosing 'stam' a few titles would be grossly underrating other splendid and superb tracks, but I will try to start with a few 'must-haves' that have totally changed my vision on EDM and music as a whole:
1) Vincent de Moor - Fly Away. Not many tracks can give me a repeeting and eternally perpetual feeling of that soaring, epic trancy feeling. Weirdly, whenever I'm listening to this track, I get that mysterious feeling of future suburbia, as depicted in his videoclips (for those who know what I'm talking 'bout...). HEAVEN!
2) Paul van Dyk - Another Way. Like 1; I needn't say any more. A standard for quality trance track producing.
3) Chicane feat. Maire Brennan from Clannad - Saltwater (+ THE THRILLSEEKERS RMX!!). Just incredible; like floating on the waves of your dream.
4) Sun Decade - I'm Alone (MIRCO DE GOVIA VOCAL MIX). This one requires explanation: jumping ahead in time, I have to conclude that the track which has 'wowed' me most is this unique remix of the absolute mastermind MdG! He might not be so famous, partislly due to the fact that he spins the decks at parties extremely sporadically, but the real experts will know this guy. To me, this could be the track that will be played when the world will be finally salved from all evil (!!:rolleyes: ). An unbelievable journey, with fascinating vocals!
5) Mirco de Govia - Aura Indigo. See 4: the gentleness, the sweet piano, the bliss. My my my, just incredible!
6) Active Sight - The Search For Freedom. A little, rougher on the edge, two other musical geniuses, M.I.K.E. and Fred Baker from Belgium, make this stunner, where especially the break and the build-up that follows make my wishes come true!
7) Solid Sessions - Janeiro (Armin van Buuren Remix). Beautiful track, and top of the list DJ AvB proves that he's more than just a miximg maniac and party stunner: great remix to a great production.

all i needed is a brief look in your list to see you are the kind of person missing in this forum (we some great people here writing less and less cause there's almost no one to speak to regulary) - we need people like you writing here more to make this community a better place for israeli trance-music lovers. and of course...one trance vinyl i promised on the other thread here for new comers will make it's way to you if you'll just participate in this community

I was speaking to an American guy the other day; turns out he's one of Yahel's "personal assistants". We were introduced, 'cause my friends know full and lenghty about my musical taste. ובכלל אני מסכים לגבי כל מה שנאמר פה על וינסנט דה מור, אני עדיין זוכר את היחסי ציבור המטורפים שאלעד עמדי עשה לאלבום שלו ברדיו ירושלים כשהוא משמיע כל דבר שלו ואפילו ראיין אותו ושכנע אותו לעשות סט, יש לי את זה מוקלט על איזה קלטת של יצחק לוי איפהשהו
