lol people always give me when i say i'm friendly with the local police
ffs i'm a delivery guy...i spend all my time on the road so i see these guys all the time, and when you've seen the number of near-accidents etc that i have you start to appreciate that these guys actually are trying to get people to drive better

He handled that well. It's a four lane road. As people have mentioned, not only does he have to worry about the driver, the previous person he was booking and witnesses around the place, but he also has to make sure that:
*He gets the car off the road so that no one slams into it
*Make sure the driver gets to the side safely as they are in shock.
*Also make sure the driver doesn't run the victim over
*Like I said, it's a 4 lane road. He has to make sure that no cars run over the victim
*He has to call for backup
You don't move people like that. If his neck is broken, the slightest movement could be fatal. There's not much he can do. As much as cops have first aid training, they are not trained for trauma and major injury like paramedics. Nor do they have the right equipment.
He walked over to him later and kept him down, while he waited for backup and kept the scene under control.
The OP is an idiot. It does no good to spread like this about cops. Yes there are bad cops, but there are also many good ones who risk their lives to make our lives better.
Then again, you're probably one of those morons that as a teenager got caught smoking weed and then complained about how cops are ******s when you're clearly doing something illegal. |

He done very well, that would be very hard keeping everyone calm and remaining calm yourself. It's easy to give an opinion on a situation until your actually in it yourself, I'm sure most of us would be running around like headless chickens if we were in that cops shoes.
Being anti police is cool supposidly. I come from a family which is severly hostile towards police and law enforcement, quite a lot of people I'm related to have criminal convictions etc. I've never seen the point of them being so aggressive towards them as they broke the law they should face the consequences, at the end of the day the Police are doing their job some people take it too personally. |
