you're a dumbass. I'm not a cop lover by any means but if a cop is faced with an accident they need to clear the road as quickly as possible as to avoid the situation from getting worse.
If the car who had hit the pedestrian was not instructed to move right away there is a very high chance that it could have been rear ended right that instant. |
