Please don't shout. Also please don't make assumptions. Please accept that not everyone exhibits the same proficiency given a standardized set of tools.

DJs have been doing seamless mixes on beat to hell turntables for at least 40 years now.

At this point it's clear he's just taking the piss, best to just let this one die at this point ;)

NEVER SAID I COULDN'T ALL I SAID WAS THAT ITS ANNOYING HAVING TO, ALSO YOU DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CDJ800'S A SIMPLE TOUCH IS STILL ADJUSTING THE PLATTER. THERE'S AT LEAST £1000 WORTH OF EQUIPMENT IN A PAIR OF 800'S AND I THINK NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET CLEAN MIXINGS WITH THEM IS WRONG FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY COST. ALSO ABLETON IS CHEATING.

Stop typing in caps, you sound like a prepubescent 12 year old.

didn't realise talking in caps meant anything eg. shouting. I don't spend all my time on forums.(my first thread and last thread).I also didn't realise there are so many f~~~ing arseholes on this forum all I wanted was to see if anyone else had this problem with 800's. Not loads of people bitching about mixing and the rest.

doing well, thanks!

Anyone heard about the new cdj800mk2s, they're the talk of the day!! I just got them and they are amazing, I can beatmatch so easily with them!!

Also the platter has a better feel and it is almost just like the 1000!

Great! Good to hear. I purchased my 800 mk2 a while back, and now purchased an mk1 on ebay, so I have full freedom with my mixes...though I usually use vinyl.

I have a pair of cdj800mk 2's and I have had not one problem with beatmaching and mixing whilst fiddling with the eq controls and scratching as well. I am very picky as I am an audio freak and I'm very hard on myself when it comes to mixing as everything has to be "perfect". These players in my opinion f*cking rule! I recommend it!! This is coming from upgrading from cdj 100's to cdj-800's. Anyone has problems with theirs beside finnyarmstrong?

How can the hell can you compain about cdj800s?! Ive done neerly flawless beatmatching on belt driven Stanton t.50 turntables. Try mixing on turntables which dont stay the same speed for more then 5 seconds. Youre not a dj youre a in cry baby. Tell your mommy to get you a new pair of cdjs.

There are known problems with the MK3's, but not with the MK2's.

If you have the MK3's you need to go to the pioneer wensite and DL the update for the OS.
