Not sure if it's been said, but havn't Iran always wanted to be friends? On the same level??
the problem is that other countries are so patronising towards Iran...
if other countries have nnuclear weapons why shouldn't iran (for example) - if this is granted it's understandable that iran would be annoyed that they're banned etc.

Look, it's easy.
NOBODY trusts them with any nuclear capability or they'd already have it.
Iran isn't that backward that they wouldn't know what to do with it, however politically, they simply haven't been mature enough to warrant it. If they actually tried to get along with everyone else, they wouldn't be in this issue in the first place. |

The Soviet Union was the main benefactor for the Arab forces, and still is their main source of arms. The counter this, the western allies supported Israel. Israel isn't going anywhere as much as muslims hate it. |
