Brazil:
-Taxes are considerably lower here, I reckon
-Unless you choose the miserable regions in the Northeast/North, it's certainly not a 3rd world country. Distrito Federal (where I live), Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, for example, have a IDH similar to that of Belgium, last I read.

I've already spoken to a travel agent on info for visiting Uraguay and Brazil. I was told that in certain places in Brazil they offer an escort service for those well off. I don't know if its the kidnappings or just the agent trying to make a few bucks.
Puerto Rico? Being well off still doesn't mean i want my car stripped weekly:p |
