the best cheese i have had was tiny sliver of a tazmanian cheese
it was aged for 2 years with some flowers.
so when they gave you a sliver of it, the cheese was to die for, and the flowers would have aged with the cheese and would taste like a cured pork, so good.... so good.
i think it was 15 bucks for maybe less than half a gram of cheese
i think pot is cheaper! |
