I love cheeses. All kinds of cheeses. Brie is by far my favorite. I melt it and then put it on French bread, delicious.

I heard a legend that if one sucks on the Northern Cheese Gypsy's toes, they'll be blessed with bountiful amounts of cheese for the remainder of their lives.

but yes cheese ftw,
blue and manchego are my favs :D
has to be soft blue, aged dry blue is hard to swallow.. its still tasty as , just a bit smelly hehe |

I love Brie too, and also Camembert (quite similar to Brie, but with a little more flavour).
Gouda (smoked cheese) rocks, and I'm quite fond of Jarlsberg as well.
Yay for cheese!
