My fav is this delicious white cheddar they sell at the publix deli ( I think its canadian boars head aged a very long time, very sharp) and havarti. and Dubliner

Yes, I've tried that one. To be honest, I find the lack of taste to be disturbing, and if consumed in even VAGUELY large doses, it'll give you the runs too. |

big cheese fan here as well
baked brie with tomato slices on crackers with slices of cucumbers. i can make a tray of pick'ems and make that a whole meal. usually what i do when i dont bake the brie, i just cut up slices and put them in a small bowl, slice of cherry tomatos (halved), a bunch of crackers and triscuits, slices of cucumber and sometimes i quarter slices of salamai. all of that on a tray in small serving bowls and just sit there and make different combo snacks..so good
also a fan of sharp cheddar out of australia, fresh mozz on my sandwiches, muenster cheese to substite for american in sammiches, the list goes on |

| I'm not a big fan of Brie. I love stilton, every type of cheddar you could think of, crowdie, edam (so good on a pizza), mozzarella, goats cheese. all sorts mang. |

My all time all round favourites have to be Chedder and Red Leicester. Italian cheese like Parmesan and Taleggio are very good, Mozzarella is delicious when used correctly but it's too boring on it's own. Emmental good and I like Port Salut. I also like Dutch cheese like Gouda & Edam.
I'm not a big fan of most creamy and blue cheeses. I hate cheese which crumbles too much sometimes chedders a nightmare for doing that especially the more mature stuff. |

i love cheese more than life itself. seriously... i think it's why i feel so at home in Wisconsin even though i'm not originally from here. i'm a cheesehead at heart, and my last name is even a type of cheese!!
